This website does not require accounts and does not accept nominations or referrals. It collects personal data only when you choose to send it through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and the content of your message.
How we use it
Messages are emailed to the SWA team so that we can reply. They are not stored on this website, not used for marketing and not shared with third parties except the email delivery provider that transmits them.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting service that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Aggregated page statistics only are retained.
Photography and published names
Photographs on this website are official SWA event photography. Names, titles and affiliations of honorees, guests and leadership are reproduced from SWA records. If you appear on this site and wish to request a correction or removal, write to [email protected] with the subject “Correction request”.
